- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour
- Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in no refund
- No-shows will be considered a cancellation and are non-refundable

- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days
- Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment where possible
3. Tour Changes & Rescheduling
- Changes or rescheduling requests are subject to availability
- Requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance
- Additional charges may apply depending on the change
4. Cancellation by Company
- In case of tour cancellation due to weather conditions, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances, we will:
- Offer an alternative date or tour
- Provide a full or partial refund (if applicable)
5. Non-Refundable Services
- Certain services or promotional offers may be non-refundable
- Last-minute bookings may not be eligible for refunds
6. Delays & External Factors
- Refunds are not applicable for delays caused by:
- Traffic conditions
- Weather changes
